You are solely responsible for conducting your own research and assessing the risks associated with trading digital assets. Execute is not responsible for any trading losses incurred by users.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution10.1 Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
10.2 Dispute ResolutionAny disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the British Virgin Islands. By using Execute, you agree to waive any right to a class action lawsuit.
